PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE

Today pasta is one of the world’s most popular dishes.

Pasta is versatile, convenient and palatable – and there are so many different types to choose from.

There are around 350 different types, it is a little known fact that each shape and style is best suited to specific types of Italian cuisine.

These are some types of Pasta:

Spaghetti, Penne, Fussilli, Macaroni, Rigatoni, Ravioli, Fettuccine, Orecchiette, Farfalle, Tortellini, Linguine, Buccatini, Pappardelle, Capellini, Gnocchi, Ditalini etc.

Among the above lists of Pasta, I am familiar with only Spaghetti, Penne, Fussilli, Macaroni, Fettuccine.

The very mention of Spaghetti, one  Spaghetti dish comes to my mind that is Spaghetti Bolognese (meat is one of the ingredients of this Pasta dish).

Penne and Fussilli types of Pasta I often use in my Pasta dish.

The recipe Pasta in White Sauce is very simple and easy to make with less ingredients.

I like Pasta in White Sauce than Pasta in Tomato Sauce. White sauce is prepared with flour, butter, milk.

When White Sauce is added in the Pasta, it turns the Pasta into creamy smooth texture.

I am presenting here the cooking process of Pasta in White Sauce, step by step to make cooking this in simple manner for new as well as expert cooks.
